EPIPHYLLUM

One fine day, a young lady was covered in jewels,

To have her future destined in an elaborate ritual

With the handsome gentleman who vows to treasure her,

Guarded by cherished confidants and envying foes.

Years have passed, the memory comes again

But the moment was like an epiphyllum, how long can it bewitch?

Many fractures have escaped through the bond of seven lives,

Whose debris are falling on the descendants of the magic.

The flower has to rot, the honeybee has to die,

But if they live longer, does the nectar bond remain sweet forever?

Oh my stubborn lady, don't you know me through you?

You have protected me at my weakest, holding me in my broken days,

I can vow on my life for my care to you.

Don't leave me in hatred, I always need you,

I promise I always do fairplay in your duel,

But don't you think you deeds are an irony?

Oh you arrogant man, Please don't be so vile!

You have the honour of my first love and admiration,

You have the power to make me bloom in ecstasy,

You also can make me have a downpour of grievance.

You threaten me of a merciless death, yet sacrifice for me so easily,

I can never read your mind, just let me have your trust.

If the scented candle is finished, can't you light another one?

If the game is broken, can't you start over again?

For you both, I can leave my burning dream, set myself in penance,

Offer my life to the reaper, bring bliss to you from heaven.

It's too painful to see you wreaking havoc everyday,

Because once you too had the passion of building a love nest.

Well the bitter truth is love can't be done again

Atleast for the sake of your creation, please be two parallel lines!
