POMEGRANATE SEEDS


 The scene I am enjoying is so wrongfully right,
Do I even have the right to be seen by you?The flow between us is so deep and melodious
Like the ocean that hides more than it reveals
You show me the warm spring beyond my dead winter, 
And melt my heart like the sunlight does to snow
But I wish that this was my forever,
I can only have you now because you care.
Your hands are so pure, like the clouds from heaven, 
Can't hold my dark existence for long.
 I did rather be walking the pits of hell
Than to be ruining your blissful beauty.

But how can I walk away
When you hold me so tight?
When you smear my colour on your body
And happily embrace me with giddy eyes.
You and me are like the sky and the earth,
Everytime we meet it's a disaster on the world.
Still you want me, even if it burns your destiny.
Do you really want to fly down the abyss with me?

    This poem is about the famous myth of Hades and Persephone, it's a beautiful love story told in many variations but the basics is two opposites being with each other, understanding each other and accepting each other. I hope you enjoy this.

Maybe yes, maybe no, but you are in my thoughts,  The beginning of my emotions that starts from your name Flowing like a river larger than Amazon,  Always giving you my finest creations Because for me you deserve nothing less.  You say that you still haven't forgiven me But why your eyes soften on me? Letting me hold your hands tight,  Asking me to sit right beside you. Coming so close only to say you are going too far, Oh dear, do you know that you are such a tease?

 कहीं आग में जलते को बारिस की नमी मिल जाए  रेगिस्तान के प्यासे को नहर का नीर मिल जाए,  सागर में डूबते को जहाज़ का सहारा मिल जाए और इस मुरझाते जहाँ में मुझे तु मिल जाए,  गुल खिलते होंगे बाग में, मेरे दिल में शोले खेलते थे | तूने उन शोलों का दीपक सजाया  मेरे हर अंधेरी रात को तूने दिवाली बनाया,  मेरे हर ज़ख्म का मरहम बना तु,  हर बदसूरती का आशिक बना तु  अगर इस जिंदगी को क़ुदरत बेघर कर जाए,  तो इस रूह की आख़िरी पनाह बना तु |
